SuiteCRM Portal

suite_icon All versions of SuiteCRM come with a portal.  The portal is made in Joomla at the moment with a WordPress version in the future.  SuiteCRM Portal connects with SuiteCRM and allows a Portal User to open new Support Case Tickets, Update Existing Case Tickets and to review a listing of all Support Case Tickets. Portal Users are created from the Contact Record in SuiteCRM with just the click of a button.  The new user will receive a new email from SuiteCRM with their ID/PW and URL to the portal.   In the 24Data portal we use Workflow to send an email alert the Support team anytime a ticket is created or updated. SuiteCRM Portal hosting is included with your system hosting.  Custom web buildout is extra. With Joomla or WordPress clients can extend the Portal with any options they wish or they can just bring a simple screen and login into their existing web site with a iFrame. Samples soon…
