- All Customer Data = CONFIDENTIAL
- All Customer Employee Information = CONFIDENTIAL
- All Access to Customer systems and information = CONFIDENTIAL
- All Access to Our Network & Servers is very restricted
- 24Data will take all reasonable precautions to safe guard Confidential information.
- 24Data operates within industry guidelines for Data protection, encryption, archival and recovery.
|System Access: Accesses granted by the Customer to 24Data are provided for the express purpose of completing a project(s) as outlined on a mutually agreed contract and/or Statement of Work (SOW). Termination of this access is the sole responsibility of the Customer at the completion of the project or when no longer required according to the terms of our agreement or change request. 24Data Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any access which remains open beyond project completion or other agreed to termination date. Application Hosting: 24Data contracts with a 3rd party vendor for all Hosting. 24Data does not accept any responsibility or set forth any Service Level Agreements relative to outages or degradation of performance of the Internet connectivity.|
|Software Performance 24Data makes every effort to assure that the client Application and Data performs within Customer expectations, we provide no warranty or recovery for “Business Losses” due to application errors, Data corruption, Internet connectivity, e-Mail concerns or other processes which are beyond our control.|
|Project delay/cancellation Policies: 24Data understands that project requirements and scheduling can change from time to time. We work with our Customers and make best efforts to accommodate those changes. However, once a project start date has been scheduled with StarCare and resources have been assigned, 24Data reserves the right to charge a reschedule fee and there are no refunds of any prior payments or deposits made by the customer.|
|Contract , Billing and Payment Policies: Projects under $25,000.00 USD shall be pre-paid and are non-refundable (unless agreed to in writing prior to the start )Projects are all non-refundable (unless agreed to in writing prior to the start )Hardware purchased via 24Data shall be paid in full (100%) prior to the order being placed. Final payment is due and payable upon completion of the project regardless of start date or launch date.Support Contracts (regardless of amount) shall be paid in advance and are non-refundable. (Purchases in 1-year renewable terms) No refunds on anything. No Refunds on custom code, applications, web solutions or email services etc.|
